I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people thrive at work – how our choices, little detours and talents shape the career paths we take.
Over time, I’ve learned we all have our own mix of strengths. Some of us find them early and grow into them, and some of us are still exploring (don’t worry – we’ll definitely get there).
I love structure
Early on, I specialized in communication and creative project management – a mix that greatly shaped how I think and work.
Now I combine tools and systems with people at the center of it all. Through my tiny blog I hope to inspire you to reflect on your own career journey – to spark curiosity, explore and turn off the autopilot for a bit (in case you left it on without noticing, hehe!).
